EHCA operates programs in four facilities with a combined capacity of more than 2,000 treatment beds under contract with the New Jersey Department of Corrections, the New Jersey State Parole Board and New Jersey county governments.

 

  Bo Robinson is an Assessment and Treatment Center in Trenton, New Jersey providing services for the New Jersey Department of Corrections and the New Jersey State Parole Board. Comprehensive assessment and treatment services are provided at Bo Robinson.  NJDOC residents who have met their treatment goals are referred to appropriate work-release programs. The Alumni Association at Bo Robinson assists offenders in their transition from treatment back into the community through the provision of supportive services.

  Tully House opened in June of 1997 and provides residential treatment and work release to 340 male residents in a secure environment. The program at Tully House focuses on substance abuse treatment, life-skills training and work release. Residents are referred through the New Jersey Department of Corrections

  Delaney Hall provides residential programming and work release to parolees through a contract with the New Jersey Parole Board.

  The Harbor, a 260 bed facility began to accept inmates in October of 1994. The Harbor provides housing and treatment to male inmates in a secure environment. The Harbor is co-located with Tully House and offers a work release program through the New Jersey Department of Corrections.
